What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Guests can enjoy the waterpark while waiting for their room to be ready.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. You're welcome to enjoy the waterpark facilities until closing.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Do you accept debit cards?
Yes, but using a debit card authorizes us to hold funds immediately for payment and for incidental charges. Unused funds will be released after check-out, depending on your bank's policy.

Do you accept checks?
Personal checks are not accepted at check-in. If you wish to pay by check, it must be received at least 30 days before your reservation. A valid credit card and ID are required at check-in. For more details, please call our reservations office at 715-358-4000.

What is the resort fee?
We charge a nominal resort fee to cover amenities such as waterpark entry, WiFi, fitness center, business center, continental breakfast, etc.

How old do you have to be to book a room?
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a room.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival. Cancellations made within this period are non-refundable.

What is needed to check in?
Please provide a valid photo ID and the credit/debit card used for your reservation.

How much does parking cost?
Parking is complimentary. The Waters of Minocqua is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, so please keep your vehicle locked.

Do you have rooms with balconies or patios?
All rooms feature a balcony or patio, with the specific type assigned at check-in based on availability.

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, accessible suites are available and marked accordingly in the booking process. For phone reservations, please call 715-358-4000 to discuss your needs.

Will my room be ready when I arrive?
Rooms are typically ready by 4:00 PM, but you can arrive early to enjoy the waterpark. Changing rooms, lockers, and showers are available.

How do I file for tax exemption with your resort?
Please call 715-358-4000 for special instructions regarding tax-exempt reservations.

Do you offer state rates? What are the requirements?
State rates are available for larger groups and must be approved by Group Sales in advance. They are only for individuals traveling on state business and are not available on weekends or during peak seasons.

Do you have an ATM?
Yes, we have two ATMs, one in the resort lobby and one near the arcade.

Where are your elevators located?
There are two elevators in the resort: one off the lobby and another at the south end of the building.

Do you have a fitness center?
The fitness center is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the second floor. Guests must be 18 years or older to use the exercise equipment. Please ask the Front Desk for a key.

Do you have cribs?
Pack-n-Plays are available for rent at the front desk, based on availability.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for purchase at the front desk. Call 715-358-4000 for more information.

How often does housekeeping clean rooms?
Rooms are serviced upon check-out only. If you need cleaning supplies during your stay, please ask the front desk.

Where are ice machines located?
Ice machines are available near the main elevator on each floor.

Is there Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet is available throughout the resort.

Are self-serve laundry facilities available?
Yes, coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the 1st floor.

Do you have a lost and found?
Please report lost items to the front desk. Found items can be mailed at the owner's expense. We are not responsible for lost items.

Can I mail items from the resort?
Yes, you may leave outgoing mail at the front desk. Postage can be purchased there, and mail is sent out daily, Monday through Friday.

Are outside deliveries accepted at the resort?
All deliveries must be picked up at the front desk.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, The Waters of Minocqua is pet-friendly, with a $25 per pet, per night cleaning fee. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms and must be leashed in the building. Upon check-in, we require guests to review and sign our Pet Policy.

What is the quiet time policy?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of noise levels to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay.

What is your smoking policy?
The Waters of Minocqua is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in the building, and violators will be asked to leave without a refund and charged a $500 deep cleaning fee.

Are snacks and beverages available?
Yes, a variety of soft drinks, juices, and snacks are available for purchase at our Gift Shop, located in the lobby and open 24/7. There is also vending located outside of the waterpark during pool hours.

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?
Yes, public spaces, accessible rooms, and waterpark decks are ADA compliant.

Can guests charge items to their room?
Yes, guests can charge items to their room if a credit card is on file.

Are rollaway beds or air mattresses available to rent?
Rollaway beds are available upon request for a small rental fee, based on availability.

Are there safes in the rooms for valuables?
No, we do not offer safes in the rooms or at the front desk.

What is the tax-exempt policy?
To qualify for tax exemption, the reservation must be in the name of the tax-exempt individual and paid with the organization's credit card. A tax-exempt form must also be completed and appropriate documentation provided.

WATERPARK FAQs

We reserve the right to close the waterpark or any pool at any time for safety or sanitation reasons.

Do you host birthday parties?
Yes, we offer birthday party packages in the waterpark. All parties must be booked in advance. For more information, please call 715-358-4000.

Are wristbands required?
Yes, wristbands are necessary for access to the waterpark.

Are the waterslides wheelchair accessible?
No, our waterslides and elevated attractions are not wheelchair accessible.

Are there tables and chairs available for our belongings?
Yes, there are tables and chairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. Larger items, such as luggage, should be stored in your room or vehicle.

Are life jackets provided?
We do not provide life jackets, so we encourage guests to bring their own Coast Guard-approved life jackets. Children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers are strongly encouraged to wear life jackets. Inflatable toys are not allowed.

Are there restrictions for pregnant guests?
We recommend that pregnant guests review the restrictions for each attraction. Use of hot tubs is discouraged.

Are coolers or carry-in food and beverages permitted?
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the waterpark or public areas of the resort. Guests may bring food and drinks to their room.

Are towels provided?
Yes, towels are provided in the waterpark on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend bringing a beach towel or cover-up, as resort towels should remain in the waterpark area.

Are guests wearing casts allowed?
Casts are permitted in the waterpark, but restrictions apply to certain rides based on how the cast will contact the ride.

Do children need to be supervised?
Yes, children under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times in the waterpark.

What are the waterpark hours?

What clothing and footwear should be worn?
We recommend bathing suits, aqua socks, or flip-flops for the waterpark. When outside the waterpark, please wear shirts and shoes.

Is access to the waterpark included with my stay?
Yes, access is included for each registered guest, up to the maximum occupancy of your room. Your wristbands are valid from check-in until close on your checkout day.

How clean is the waterpark?
We utilize state-of-the-art water treatment equipment to exceed health code requirements. The waterpark floors are sanitized daily. Guests are asked to shower before and after using the waterpark, ensure children
